Crafted from a vintage gin tsuzure obi, this cushion carries a softly structured composition of peacock motifs arranged in fan form — woven in blush and cream with fine silver thread.
Each cover is cut to honour the original textile, making every piece subtly different. The obi’s gentle patina remains visible, preserving the history of the cloth and its quiet imperfections.
Fully lined in kimono silk and finished with hand-made closures using the same fabic, this is a limited piece designed for calm, considered spaces.
