This rare pattern captures the essence of Gagaku, the oldest form of classical Japanese music. The intricate motifs include Gagaku instruments and costumes, such as the Sho (bamboo pipe organ), Ryuteki (dragon flute), Chawan (tea bowl), and Kabuto (ceremonial headdress), along with Kinchakubukuro (drawstring bags) and Chatsubo (tea canisters), weaving a rich narrative of Japan’s musical and cultural heritage.
