Terms & Conditions

Redemption
O Tsukiyo gift cards can only be used for purchases made on www.otsukiyo.co.
eGift cards are redeemable for ready-made items and custom orders, subject to availability.
Validity
Gift cards are valid for 24months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
Non-Refundable
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Transferability
eGift cards may be transferred to another recipient but cannot be resold.
Lost or Stolen Cards
O Tsukiyo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of gift cards.
Partial Use
If the purchase amount is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance can be used on future purchases within the validity period.
Exclusions
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift cards.
Fraud or Abuse
O Tsukiyo reserves the right to void any gift card in case of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms.
Changes to Terms
O Tsukiyo reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
